Refund policy

After receiving your item you have 14 days to return it. Please check your item and notify us with by email stating the issue along with photos within 24hrs of receiving. We will assess the situation and instruct accordingly. 

Once we have received your return and assessed its condition, we will contact you with the outcome and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

You have 14 days to return your item unless discussed otherwise. You must post back to us with a note including your full name, order number and reason for returning. Items must be returned in the same unused condition and packing you received it in.

Please note that all items being returned are at your own risk and expense and we cannot be held responsible for any further damages, losses or delays back to us. We advice that customers return there items via a tracked service and obtain the proof of receipt.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that are custom-made, commissioned pieces, pre-orders, special orders or personalised may not be returned or refunded. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.
