COMMISSIONED PIECES

All commissioned pieces will require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance on completion and balance cleared prior to delivery.

Deposits are non refundable unless we are unable to full fill your order.

There is lead time of 8-12 weeks on commissioned pieces from when order has been placed and we will always keep you posted of any changes.

All prices quoted for commissioned pieces will be held for 14 days, prices are subject to change after this time.

DELIVERY

Worldwide shipping is available on most.

Shipping and packaging costs will be quoted and confirmed before order will be processed, unless discussed and stated otherwise.

Shipping and delivery prices will be held for 10 days, as they are subject to change.

RETURNS

Pieces can only be returned if the item has arrived faulty or not as disgusted.

All goods should be checked on arrival and any concerns or problems need to be reported to use within 24hrs of delivery. We can not take responsibility for any damages that occur after this time unless discussed after this time.
